Pop Kitchen was founded by passionate foodie Christa Boardman (moi).  From an early age I was heavily influenced by my late Mother who was a professionally trained chef & food stylist. 

 

Cooking and baking became a huge passion and my solace in life.  I find great pleasure and excitement when I share my love of food with others, enough so to make it official and start my own business. 

 

The name Pop Kitchen comes from my love of pop art; powerful, fresh, bright yet simplistic - this is how I describe my food and style. 

 

With a background in Brand Marketing, I have been within food and FMCG industry all of my working life.  I can see a demand for good quality, flavoursome food that is made from locally sourced ingredients.
